The Fool

A stand‑up comedy club and live entertainment venue located in an atmospheric basement on central Calea Victoriei. Founded in 2018 by comedians Micutzu, Cătălin Bordea and Nelu Cortea, it hosts stand-up shows, concerts, theatre, corporate events and has a summer terrace.

With two of the most acclaimed Romanian comedians as residents, Bordea and Micutzu, The Fool is a new comedy club concept that brings the country’s most famous stand-up artists, live concerts and exceptional entertainment moments to the public, all in the ultra-central location of Calea Victoriei.

The Fool is the stand-up comedy and live show club that makes the asphalt on Calea Victoriei 118 tremble every night. We are the only stand-up venue in a basement in Bucharest and believe us, with all the crazy things that happen on our stage, it’s better that way!

The Fool was born in 2018, when three friends decided to move in together. After a lot of work, passion and cardio, in September, Bordea, Micutzu and Călin had their first glass of spritz in their new home away from home. And the madness was just beginning!
